How to Make a Claim

- Description of the issue
- Photos or video where relevant
Resolution Options
If a claim is approved, we may offer one of the following where appropriate:

- Store credit
- Partial refund
- Full refund
The remedy offered will depend on the issue, product condition, and applicable consumer rights.
No Separate Warranty?
If no product-specific warranty is listed, the item is sold without an additional voluntary warranty beyond rights provided under applicable consumer law.
